Jiten Naran
Jiten Naran formed JNS Hospitality to expand upon and manage a growing portfolio of hotel properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and has subsequently expanded in to childcare and office.
After studying international commerce at Oxford University and attending Harvard Law School, Jiten Naran practiced law at the renowned firm of Skadden Arps, representing numerous fortune 500 companies, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Jiten has been legal counsel in the sale of billions of dollars of real estate and also has represented one of the largest hotel REITs in the country.

Director of Operations
With management experience ranging from Extended Stay America Hotels to an international luxury hotel, Nitin brings a broad depth of knowledge to the management team of JNS Hospitality. Today, Nitin oversees hotels in the mid-Atlantic region, and ensures that optimal performance is achieved at all hotels in his region. Nitin is also in charge of capital improvements at existing hotels and is extensively involved in new hotel development. Nitin studied Hotel Management at the Institute of Hotel Management in India and has also earned an Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University.
